TAKING ORDERS FOR 2021 & 2022
Quantity Options
We currently offer orders that range from a 25 lb budle to a 400lb bundle.
If you would like a smaller portion, we recommend that you find friends or family to split up your order.
Note: Typically bundles consist of 70% burger +/- and 30 +/- Prime cuts and misc cuts.
All weights are approximate and all sale prices exclude State Sales Tax.
- 25 lb bundle — Burger, a few Sirloin and or a New York, a Ribeye, Roast, a Tri Tip, Flank or a Brisket.
- 50 lb bundle — Burger, Sirloin, New York, Ribeye, Roast, stew meat, and a Tri Tip and Brisket
- 100 lb bundle ( ¼ of beef) – Burger, Sirloin, New York, Ribeye, stew meat Roast, tenderloin, Flank, Brisket, Tri Tip, Short Ribs
- 200 lb to 400 lb — Burger, Sirloin, New York, Ribeye, Roast, tenderloin, stew meat, Flank, Brisket, Tri Tip, Short Ribs

What to Expect When Ordering
- We may require a 25% deposit (please discuss when ordering).
- THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE UPON DELIVERY.
- Call for Market Price on boxed beef.
- If you purchase a live beef our price will not include the processing fees, these can vary depending on how you want it processed and how long you age it.
- We accept PayPal for Payment, please contact us prior to ordering.
- DELIVERY
- If an animal is purchased we deliver it to the facility of your choice for processing
- We do not process anything on the ranch, we will contact you to schedule a pick up or delivery!
- SCHEDULE A DATE
- You will need to have your agreement (how to process it, we can provide recommendations) with the locker in place before we deliver
- You have to schedule a time with the Processor to receive the animal you have purchased from Black Hills Beef (we drop it off and notify you).
- BUTCHER BOOKING / PROCESSING TIME
- 12 to 18 months out (depends on butcher / packing facility)
- 2 weeks of aging recommended
- 1 +/- week to process
- Need to book processing 12 to 18 months ahead of time
- FREEZER SPACE
- 16 cubic ft freezer space for a full beef
